Shipping and Delivery

Orders take anywhere from 1-3 business days to process and ship from our warehouse. Once an order processes and ships, the amount of time it takes for you to receive your order depends on the shipping service selected. Typically UPS ground shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 business days.  For more information regarding shipping and returns, please refer to our Shipping and Returns policies.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. On the email confirmation click “view your order” which will direct you to the tracking page for your order.

Have you checked all entrances to your home? Have you asked everyone who has access to your home if they have seen your package? Have you asked your neighbors?

If you still cannot locate your package, we recommend filing a claim on UPS website. UPS claims take 1-8 business days to process, please include our contact information in the claim so we can stay updated. Once we hear the outcome of the claim we will decide how to proceed with this issue.

We are sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. Please email our customer service team at orders@lfstores.com so that we may correct the fulfillment error accordingly.

We are sorry to hear that the item you received is damaged. Please email our customer service team for further assistance. Make sure to include the following information:

Customer name, order number, product name and photos of the damaged item in the body of the email.  

Orders and Payment

Please contact our customer service team at orders@lfstores.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to either edit or cancel your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the phone. Please place all orders on LF Stores Online.

Please double check your spam folder for an email confirmation and make sure to add us to your address book! If you use multiple email addresses, please check your other accounts as the order might have been placed with an alternative address. Alternatively, if you created a LF Stores Online account, you can see your order history from the dashboard after signing in.

We accept various forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, LF Online Gift Cards, and online credit codes. We also accept Apple Pay and Amazon Pay. We are not accepting Visa gift cards at this time.

You can purchase an online gift card here. Online Gift Cards are delivered via email and can be purchased in 50 dollar quantities from $50 to $500. Online Gift Cards can only be used for online LF Stores purchases; they cannot be used in physical LF Stores locations.

Upon checkout, copy and paste the Online Gift Card code emailed to you into the 'Gift Card or Promo Code' field.

Returns and Exchanges

Currently we do not offer in-store returns for online orders, nor do we offer mail-in returns for in-store purchases. For any in-store purchases, please refer to the return/exchange policy of that LF Stores location instead, or contact service@lfstores.com for more details.

Full price merchandise can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or online credit, as indicated on your Returns Form. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached. Please see list of exclusions and our full Returns Policy here.

All sale items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or online credit.
