In the event of further markdowns, we cannot accept price adjustments for previously placed orders.

We will accept returns/exchanges for any items that comply with our following returns policy: 

  • Full-price items (excluding Furst of a Kind) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Furst of a Kind Vintage items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
  • Shoes are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or online credit. 
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or online credit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise with signs of being worn, or postmarked for return after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

All full price merchandise eligible for returns/exchanges must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached. If items are not returned in perfect condition, we are not responsible for refunding or resending this merchandise to the customer.  


Please note: at this moment we do not cover your return shipping cost- you are responsible for any shipping costs to send your returns/exchanges back to our facility.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund or exchange to be processed. During holidays and other high-demand times, this time frame may increase.

For a Return:

  • The customer will receive an email notification of the return once it has been processed.
  • The customer can choose to receive a refund or online credit, as indicated on the returns/exchange form.
  • Refunds may take 3-10 business days to be reflected on your account statement after processing on our end, depending on your bank.
  • Online credit is issued immediately after processing the return. An online credit code is emailed to the customer.

For an Exchange:

  • New tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the exchange has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested item in stock for the exchange. In the case that we do not, we will refund you for the order. If you are concerned that a particular item may not be in stock, please email us as soon as possible and we will hold the item of interest for you. 


In the case that the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. In addition, when the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for refunding for the price of the merchandise. The customer is still responsible for paying the shipping fee.


Damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for items that damage from customer wear.
