- All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or online credit.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Merchandise with signs of being worn, or postmarked for return after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
All full price merchandise eligible for returns/exchanges must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached. If items are not returned in perfect condition, we are not responsible for refunding or resending this merchandise to the customer.
How to Return
Please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form. Include this form in your return package and ship all returns and exchanges to:

- We do not cover return shipping. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to our facility.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund or exchange to be processed. During holidays and other high-demand times, this time frame may increase.
- The customer will receive an email notification of the return once it has been processed.
- The customer can choose to receive a refund or online credit, as indicated on the Returns form.
- Refunds may take 3-10 business days to be reflected on your account statement after processing on our end, depending on your bank.
- Online credit is issued immediately after processing the Return. An online credit code is emailed to the customer.
- New tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the exchange has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Return to Sender/Invalid Address
In the case that the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. In addition, when the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for refunding for the price of the merchandise. The customer is still responsible for paying the shipping fee.
Damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for items that damage from customer wear.
