SALE inventory will move quickly and is available while merchandise lasts. We do not guarantee all items in orders will be fulfilled.

For orders placed during the regular season: 
We currently we do not offer in-store returns for online orders, nor do we offer mail-in returns for in-store purchases. The policies below refer to orders placed online. For any in-store purchases, please refer to the return/exchange policy of that LF Stores location instead.

Returns Eligibility

  • All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or online credit.
  • All Furst Of A Kind products are FINAL SALE.
  • All jewelry is FINAL SALE.
  • All cosmetics are FINAL SALE.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise with signs of being worn, or postmarked for return after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Otherwise, full price merchandise can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or online credit, as indicated on your Returns Form. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached. For full price merchandise, you can download a returns form here.

How to Return Full Price Merchandise
  • Please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form. Include this form in your return package and ship all returns and exchanges to:

  • We do not cover return shipping. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to our facility.

Returns/Exchange Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund or exchange to be processed. During holidays and other high-demand times, this time frame may increase.

For Returns:
  • The customer will receive an email notification of the return once it has been processed.
  • The customer can choose to receive a refund or online credit, as indicated on the Returns form.
  • Refunds may take 3-10 business days to be reflected on your account statement after processing on our end, depending on your bank.
  • Online credit is issued immediately after processing the Return. An online credit code is emailed to the customer.
    For Exchanges:
    • New tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the exchange has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

    Return to Sender/Invalid Address
    In the case that the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. In addition, when the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for refunding for the price of the merchandise. The customer is still responsible for paying the shipping fee.
