Order Processing and Delivery
All orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm Pacific will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders will not be delivered on weekends.
Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. In addition, when the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for refunding for the price of the merchandise. The customer is still responsible for paying the shipping fee.
Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the order has left our warehouse. If there is a customer account associated with the order, tracking information and other details can also be found in the dashboard under Order History once you sign in.
We will accept returns/exchanges for any items that comply with our following returns policy:
- Full-price items (excluding Furst of a Kind) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Furst of a Kind items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or online credit.
- Jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or online credit.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Merchandise with signs of being worn, or postmarked for return after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
All full price merchandise eligible for returns/exchanges must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached. If items are not returned in perfect condition, we are not responsible for refunding or resending this merchandise to the customer.
HOW TO RETURN:
We do not cover return shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to our facility. Please fill out the returns/exchanges form which you can download here. Include this form in your return package and ship all returns and exchanges to:

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund or exchange to be processed. During holidays and other high-demand times, this time frame may increase.
- The customer will receive an email notification of the return once it has been processed.
- The customer can choose to receive a refund or online credit, as indicated on the returns/exchange form.
- Refunds may take 3-10 business days to be reflected on your account statement after processing on our end, depending on your bank.
- Online credit is issued immediately after processing the return. An online credit code is emailed to the customer.
- New tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the exchange has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
- We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested item in stock for the exchange. In the case that we do not, we will refund you for the order. If you are concerned that a particular item may not be in stock, please email us as soon as possible and we will hold the item of interest for you.
RETURN TO SENDER/INVALID ADDRESSES:

Damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for items that damage from customer wear.
