SHIPPING RATES

Domestic US Shipping: 

  • Any package exceeding 10 lbs. may be subject to additional Shipping Charges. 
  • Rates calculated for Standard Shipping on all orders
    • For standard shipping please allow 2-7 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. 
    • Please note: Orders do not get picked up/delivered by our carriers on Saturday & Sunday.
  • Expedited Shipping Rates will be calculated at checkout
    • During sale we prioritize two day shipping, but please allow 2-3 business days for your package to leave the warehouse.
    • Although rare- there is always a possibility packages may arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
    • Please note: Orders do not get picked up/delivered by our carriers on Saturday & Sunday.
    • Weekend days will have an impact when choosing two day and overnight shipping.
    • Order must be placed before 3pm PST.

International Shipping: 

  • International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on country of delivery, duties, and taxes.
  • Orders will arrive in 3-7 business days once it has left the warehouse.
  • LF cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.
  • THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ALL DUTIES AND TAXES. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

SHIPPING POLICY DURING SALE PERIODS 

ALL SALE ITEMS are NOT eligible for refund. SALE ITEMS are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. SALE inventory will move quickly and is available while merchandise lasts. Due to high demand we cannot guarantee that all items will be fulfilled. In the event of further markdowns, we cannot accept price adjustments for previously placed orders.

  • Purchases will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • During Sale, processing time will increase. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We appreciate your patience!
  • We do prioritize Overnight and Two Day Shipping, but still allow 2-3 business days for processing.
  • For standard shipping please allow 2-7 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method.
  • Due to high demand we cannot guarantee that all items will be fulfilled. Customer will not be charged until item(s) are able to be fulfilled.

INVALID ADDRESSES/RETURN TO SENDER

Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. In addition, when the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for refunding for the price of the merchandise. The customer is still responsible for paying the shipping fee. 

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the order has left our warehouse. If there is a customer account associated with the order, tracking information and other details can also be found in the dashboard under Order History once you sign in.

LOST PACKAGES 

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim on the UPS website. UPS claims take 1-8 business days to process. Please include our contact information in the claim so we can stay updated and help you as best we can! Once we receive information on the outcome of the UPS Claim, we will assess how best to proceed. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen packages that have a failed UPS Claim.
